The Cleared for Takeoff Advanced Class will be held
Saturday, April 17, 2010
Flight 1415 departing Phoenix at 9:00 a.m. arriving San Diego 10:10
Flight 1118 departing San Diego at 12:15, arriving Phoenix at 1:30
(Note: You will be required to check in at 7:00 a.m. the morning of the flight.)
When you book the ticket(s), please also request that a copy of your reservation (reservations if you are bringing a coach) be sent to diane@fearlessflight.com.Diane will print all the boarding passes the day before the flight so that we can all be in the same boarding group. Southwest doesn’t assign seats so this will allow us to sit in the same area.
NOTE: Southwest’s Wanna Get Away fares are Reusable (not Refundable). If you cancel your flight, 100% of your ticket value can be applied to as a credit to future travel for up to 12 months.

Securing Your Place in the Class
The next step after you have booked your flight is to secure your place in the class by paying the $150 tuition fee. Class participants will be invited to a one-hour webinar with Capt. Ron the night before the flight, April 16 from 6:30 to 7:30, and will also receive a pre-flight briefing the morning of the flight. This fee is payable by fearful flyers only; coaches are welcome to be part of the webinar and the briefing free of charge.

The final step is to confirm your enrollment in our autoresponder email list so that we may communicate with you between now and the time of the class. You will receive this email asking you to confirm your request for information shortly after you pay your tuition fee, and you must confirm your subscription to be included on this email list.
Here’s an outline of the steps:
1. Book your ticket on Southwest.
2. When you purchase your ticket, request that the confirmation also be emailed to diane@fearlessflight.com
3. Reserve and purchase your spot in the Advanced Class.
4. Confirm your “request for information” that will be emailed to you.
5. Now, congratulate yourself because you’re going to San Diego with us!
